Shipping options

We usually ship the goods within 1-2 working days from order placement. Delivery is then the responsibility of the carrier. Transport within the Czech Republic usually takes 1-2 working days, within the EU 4-5 working days and to other countries approximately 1–2 weeks. In case of the pre-sale orders, the stated dispatch date is only an indicative term.

Home delivery
As soon as the goods are sent from us, you should receive an email from the shipping company with the tracking link (feel free to contact us if it doesn’t happen). The exact delivery time is than in the responsibility of the shipping company.

Delivery to pickup point
As soon as the goods are dispatched from us, Packeta will send you an email with a link to track the shipment. It then informs you about the delivery to the selected pickup point via SMS and email. You have 1 week to pick up.

Personal pickup in PÁR store
We will prepare the ordered goods in the PÁR store (Skořepka 4, Praha 1) and notify you by email. It usually takes 1-2 working days (it takes longer if we need to ship the goods between the warehouses). Then you have 1 week for pickup. Feel free to reach us if you need more time.
 

 

 

Return of goods

Shopping footwear online is always complicated. But any goods purchased via eshop can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return the goods, please fill in this simple ONLINE FORM.
 

Important
– Only goods that can be considered as new can be exchanged or returned – i.e. not worn, damaged or otherwise worn down. In that case we have the right to refuse the goods. Thank you for your understanding.
– Goods purchased in the store without a previous order at the eshop are not subject to the possibility of return, but can be exchanged for other goods or gift vouchers within 14 days.
– The refund will be proceeded within 14 days after receiving the goods. The payments are made non-cash only, we do not refund the cost of delivery of goods.
 

 

 

Faulty goods claiming

If you wish to claim goods, please first of all fill in this simple ONLINE FORM. We will guide you through the entire claim process and assess your case individually. We will try to resolve everything as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

 
Important
– Complaints do not apply to defects caused by normal wear or misuse, therefore especially in case of footwear, we recommend that you read the enclosed care instructions.
– Please note that the claim can only be applied immediately after the defect has occurred. Repeated or continual use of a defective product may result in irreversible and irreparable damage to the product.
– Only goods that are properly cleaned and in a hygienic state can be claimed. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse the goods. Thank you for your understanding.
– The maximum time limit for settling a claim is 30 days after receiving the goods. Any refund is made only by cashless payment.
 

 

 

How to care for shoes

We recommend cleaning shoes and taking care of them regularly and sensitively rather than rarely and drastically. Appropriate care can increase overall durability of the shoes and thus their longevity. We have tried and tested for PÁR sneakers the products of the Berlin-based brand Collonil and we can highly recommend them. They use the most modern technologies, are extremely efficient and their composition and production are environmentally friendly.

 
Cleaning and Care
1. The basis of caring for leather shoes is the regular use of a waterproofer. To increase water repellency, but also to prevent stains, spray the cleaned shoes with a high-quality waterproofer at least once a month (or according to the frequency of use).

2. In case of mild contamination or as part of routine maintenance, it is sufficient to brush the dry shoes with a soft brush (ideally with firmer natural hair or a combination of natural and synthetic hair).

3. For heavier contamination, we recommend cleaning the shoes mechanically in a dry manner. Soaking is not good for them, and any cleaning emulsions or foams could leave color maps. To remove stains, use a suitable cleaning cube and brush the dirt out.

4. To provide hydratation and light revitalization of the colors, use care products suitable for velours and nubucks. Apply them on clean shoes and brush slightly after drying.

5. Clean the soles with a damp cloth or use a soft brush (e.g. a toothbrush) and water. In case of heavy contamination of light outsoles, any household chemical cleaner with an abrasive effect works best. However, be very careful not to soak or otherwise damage the leather upper.

 
Recommendations for use
Make sure that the shoes are not laced up when putting them on and that you use a shoehorn. This will prevent deformation and damage to the shoe in the heel.

Protect shoes from soaking. Once soaked, dry the shoes at room temperature, or fill them with absorbent paper to keep them in shape. Do not expose the shoes to high temperatures (sun, radiator, hair dryer, etc.). Treat the dried shoes as soon as possible with a suitable care product so that the leather does not dry out or crack.

Especially in case of wetting or increased sweating, the colors may leak. To prevent staining, we recommend wearing dark socks.
